General Events Investigation Tool

Overview

Klaudia can enrich her Chat discussions & Root Cause Analysis with incoming notification events from your external monitoring and alerting tools (e.g. Datadog, OpsGenie, etc.). During an RCA, Klaudia will automatically fetch and reason over any external notification events from the last 24 hours that are mapped to the specific resource being investigated (as part of the service events timeline), giving you a more complete picture of what triggered the incident.

Klaudia only fetches events mapped to the specific resource under investigation - not cluster-wide or account-wide events. You can read more here

Prerequisites

  • Komodor's incoming webhook integration must be configured with your alerting tool (both custom or a specific vendor integration which is supported in Komodor)
  • Webhook events must include resource-level metadata (cluster, namespace, service name) so Komodor can map them to the right service
