Workspaces (V2): Management At Scale

Introduction

Once created, Workspaces can be managed from the centralized Workspace Management screen. This guide details how to view, sort and get an overview of your workspaces. 

Managing your Workspace List

  • Workspace Overview Screen:

    • Displays all active workspace definitions
    • Shows key Metadata like Workspace Type and Search (filter) criteria
  • Search & Filter

    • Use built-in search functionalities to find workspaces with ease. 
    • you can easily add data columns with the "Columns" action:

Personalized Workspace Switcher

  • Personalized Workspace Switcher:
    • Workspace navigation selector will include only workspaces that contain resources the user has permission to access
    • Ensures a cleaner, role-specific experience.
    • Workspace managers are able to switch between view all workspaces to only ones with permissions
