How to set up your Email Digest

  • Subscribe / Unsubscribe to the Email Digest using the subscription toggle.
  • Digest cadence: Choose how often you'd like to receive updates
    • Daily (default) or Weekly
  • Scope: Define the clusters to appear in your digest using the dropdown / wildcard
    • Getting all clusters (*) is the default
    • Clusters list is RBAC based - only see clusters for which you have view permissions
  • Digest Content: Select which types of information to include:
    • Reliability Risks: Track reliability issues across your clusters, and choose the reliability risks severities you wish to see.
    • Unhealthy Services: Stay on top of any availability-related issues.
    • Failed Deploys: View details on deployment failures.

3. Update Preferences to apply changes

Quick tip: use the Manage Digest Settings link at the bottom of each email to adjust your preferences at any time.

Understanding the Digest content

Once subscribed, you’ll receive a comprehensive overview of the latest realtime availability issues, over-time reliability risks and failed deploys, based on the preferences you’ve set.

The email digest will only show data related to clusters you have access to, based on role-based access control (RBAC) defined in your account.

If there are no new health issues, reliability risks, or failed deploys, you will not receive an email to avoid unnecessary notifications.
