OpsGenie | Configure Komodor to Send Alerts to OpsGenie 🧞

Overview

In today’s fast-paced digital landscape, efficient incident management is crucial for maintaining system reliability and ensuring swift responses to any disruptions. Komodor, a Kubernetes-native troubleshooting platform, and OpsGenie, a robust incident response solution, together provide a seamless integration to streamline your alerting process and enhance your operational workflows.

1. Go to OPSGenie

2. Click on "Settings" from the top nav-bar.

3. Select "Integrations" on the left-hand menu

4. Click on "Add Integration"

5. Search for "API" Integration

6. Pick a name, choose "Global Integration" and select "Continue".

7. To activate the integration select "Turn on integration".

8. Copy the API Key

9. Go to Komodor's Monitors page

10. Select the cluster and then monitor you would like to set to send alerts to OPSGenie.

11. At the bottom of the monitor configuration, select OPSGenie and click on "Add API Key".

12. Paste the API Key copied from the OPSGenie website.

13. Select the relevant team and click "Save"

How to close an alert?

1. Go to Incoming | Rules for creating and processing alerts.

2. Set a rule to CLOSE ALERT image (1).png
