How to Open a Ticket to Support Engineering 🤝

At Komodor we strive to provide excellent support to our customers. 
If you encounter any issues or have questions, opening a ticket is the quickest way to get assistance from our dedicated Support Engineering team.

Follow the steps below to open a ticket and get the help you need 😊.

Step 1: Navigate to the Help Center

Visit our Help Center here -> Komodor Help Center to access a wealth of resources and information.

Step 2: Log In or Sign Up 

If you already have an account, log in using your credentials. If you'd just like to open a ticket, without being able to see previous tickets opened, you can go ahead and select Submit a Request.

Step 3: Browse Knowledge Base (Optional)

Before opening a ticket, consider searching our Knowledge Base for relevant articles that might address your question or issue. The Knowledge Base is a valuable resource with articles covering a wide range of topics.

Step 4: Open a Ticket

If you aren't able to find a solution in the Knowledge Base, it's time to open a ticket. To do this, click on the "Submit a Request" option.

Step 5: Fill in the Ticket Form

Provide the required information in the ticket form:

Your email address
Subject: Clearly describe the issue or question.
Description: Provide more detailed information about the problem/ question you have.

Attachments (if applicable): Include screenshots or files that can help our support team better understand the issue.

Step 6: Choose the Ticket Type

Select the appropriate ticket type (e.g., Bug, Feature Request, Feedback, or Other)

Step 7: Describe what you are attempting to achieve at a high-level

Double-check the information you provided, and summarize the desired behavior or change requested. 

Step 8: Submit the Ticket

When you are ready, click the "Submit" button to open the ticket.

Step 9: Monitor Ticket Status

Once your ticket is submitted, you can track its status and any updates through your account on the Help Center. Our Support Engineers' will work diligently to address your request.Screenshot 2023-12-14 at 15.47.05.png
